Permits
Here at Terry’s, we deal with all the paperwork and scheduling of your permits. If you wish to or are forced by your city to replace areas or entire city sidewalks or approach, a permit will be required. Your local city requires these permits for the safety and consideration of your neighbors. We take care of the permit process from start to finish to make your concrete project as simple as possible ensuring your city’s requirements are met.
Removal Of Existing Concrete
We pride ourselves on being efficient, respectful, and CLEAN, when removing your old concrete. An entire driveway, shop floor, sidewalk, or front stoop, you can rest assured we take every step necessary to assure your property remains the same as before we started the demo process.
Evaluate & Prepare the Sub-Grade
“The subgrade is established”. True but if the “established” grade is 100% clay or full of sand, you will continue to have issues with your newly installed concrete. It is a standard at Terry’s Quality Concrete to remove compromising subgrade and replace it with DOT approved rock base. Every long-lasting concrete slab
depends on a solid base.
Custom Design
From installation of your subgrade, slope of your form, placement of your concrete’s reinforcement, and even the design of the control joint pattern, no detail is taken lightly when installing your new concrete slab.
